The proposal for One Time Settlement is to be considered on the touch stone of various aspects as laid down under the policy. It is for the creditor to consider the One Time Settlement proposal, considering the policy.

In case the petitioner has submitted the proposal, the respondent - Bank may take decision upon it on its own merits, in accordance with policy, expeditiously.
