Heard learned Counsel for applicant and learned Counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 5.

Learned Counsel for applicant submits that, notice was issued against respondent No.6 but could not served on him. Hence, permission be given to the applicant to serve on respondent No.6 by regular mode as well as re-issue notice against respondent No.6.
