Mr. Omprakash Bhimrao Thambad, Sub Divisional Engineer, Sina Kolegaon Project, Division Paranda, and Mr. Gulab B. Rajale, learned counsel appearing for the appellant-Acquiring Body, Mr. A. B. Kale, learned counsel for respondents-original claimants and Mr. G. O. Wattamwar, learned AGP for respondent-State authority are present.

These matters are amicably settled between the parties and the authority letter with list of matters / chart prepared as per the terms of the compromise/settlement is placed before the panel, which is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification.

On instructions from the above officer, who is present before the panel, Mr. Rajale, learned counsel for appellant- Acquiring Body, makes a statement that the entire amount of compensation has been deposited in the Court and as is expected by the Government Resolution dated 03.11.2016 and subsequent Corrigendum dated 23.02.2017 and dated 13.08.2018 the appellant do not wish to prosecute the First Appeals and seeks leave to withdraw these First Appeals.

In view of the above, leave is granted. All the aforesaid First Appeals are disposed of as withdrawn. The respondents-claimants are entitled to withdraw the deposited amount with accrued interest, if any. The Court Fees be refunded as per rules.

The pending Civil Applications, if any, are also disposed of accordingly.
