The Petitioners are before this Court being apprehensive that their request for intra-district transfers may not be entertained.

The learned Advocate for the Zilla Parishad dispels their apprehension by stating that as and when there are vacancies, which necessarily have to be displayed on the online portal in the light of the Government Resolution dated 07.04.2021, the online portal would come alive and whoever desires to make an application can tender such application

*2* 70wp3163o23 online. The Zilla Parishad, which is now connected online to trace out vacancies and eligible candidates for intra-district transfers, would consider such applications on their own merits. Those eligible would be benefited.
