PER COURT :- 1) Heard. Delay of 1036 days has occurred in filing the appeal. Learned Counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the applicant will not claim interest of the period of delay in the event he succeeds in the present appeal.
2) Learned AGP has opposed for condoning the delay stating that the reasons assigned are insufficient.
3) In view of the undertaking so given, I am inclined to allow the present application.
