1] This application is filed by some L.Rs. of Shridhar Harischandra Patil and other brothers of Shridhar also. It appears that the original claim - reference was filed by Vithal Harischandra Patil and he is the respondent in the present appeal. The decision of the Reference Court is challenged by the acquiring body. It appears that there is dispute amongst Vithal

CA 2698/14 in FA 3153/13 - 2 - Harischandra Patil, his brothers and the L.Rs. of his brother Shridhar. In view of the dispute, the L.Rs. of Shridhar and other brothers of Vithal want to come on record. Whatever dispute they have, that can be considered only if opportunity is given to them to come on record as respondents. At present, Vithal is not disputing that they have also share in the property, in the compensation amount atleast in one survey number. 2] In view of these circumstances, the application is allowed. Amendment be carried out immediately in the appeal memo.
