This is an application seeking to quash and set aside order dated 29.09.2014, passed by the Registrar, refusing registration of the petition on account of failure to remove office objections. Considering the contentions raised in the application, application deserves to be allowed and same is accordingly allowed. The order passed by the Registrar dated 29.09.2014 refusing registration of the petition stands quashed and set aside. The petition is restored to its original number. Delay of 149 occurred in presenting the instant application stands condoned. The petitioner shall remove office objections within four weeks from today. In the event of failure, order passed today in the instant application, shall be deemed to have been recalled.
