Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant/original claimant, Mr. Korde, learned AGP for respondents at length. 2.

By the present application, the applicant-claimant prayed for permission to withdraw the compensation amount deposited by the respondent in lieu of acquisition of land as per Judgment and award dated 19.09.2014.

Since the land of the present applicant/claimant has been acquired by the acquiring body for the public project and appropriate compensation has been granted by the L.A.O., which has been

939-ca-3500-24 deposited by the acquiring body. Therefore, it would be just and proper to permit the present applicants to withdraw the amount of 50% on furnishing undertaking and 25% on furnishing solvent surety of the deposited amount to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

The learned Registrar (Judicial) to disburse the amount accordingly.
