This is a writ petition by original defendant no. 6 in special civil suit bearing no. 8 of 2015 against the order impugned in present writ petition. Defendants no. 1 to 5 who are purportedly proposed vendors of present petitioner had been before this court under writ petition no. 2088 of 2018 which has been dismissed and disposed of by order dated 21-02-2018. 2.
