The learned Advocate representing respondent No.5 informs that the State Co-operative Election Authority, Maharashtra State, Pune has issued a circular dated 06.09.2022. The programme of the election is disclosed. List of valid members, would be called for upto 27.09.2022. Polling is scheduled on 29.01.2023 and the counting of votes and results would follow on 30.01.2023.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner is satisfied that the elections are being held. He, therefore, submits that the petition stands worked out. 3.
