These applications are moved for limited extent seeking

( 2 ) ca5041.24 directions to allow the applicants to withdraw even the amount of interest accrued on the amount that was deposited in this Court and was allowed to withdraw by the present applicants. This Court by order dated 23rd October, 2020 in C.A. No.6009 of 2020 with connected matters, was pleased to allow the applicants to withdraw 75% of the amount deposited in this Court, on certain conditions. However, there was no mention about interest on the said amount. Though the order was passed on 23rd October, 2020, the applicants did not point out the same for modification. However, considering that the amount is already deposited, the applicants are also entitled to withdraw the interest part on the amount he has already received. The applicants are hereby permitted to withdraw the interest part on the amount they have already withdrawn pursuant to order of this Court. It is made clear that the amount of interest be calculated and given only till 23rd October, 2020. 02.

The Civil Applications are accordingly allowed and are disposed off.
