This application is filed to bring L.Rs. of deceased respondent No. 1 on record.

Heard learned counsel for applicant.

The appeal is yet to be admitted. Considering the cause assigned to prosecute the appeal and as the appeal is yet to be admitted, I am inclined to allow the application.

Accordingly, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. Necessary substitution as L.Rs. of respondent No. 1 be carried out in appeal as well as in application for stay within one week.

After carrying the substitution, notice before admission be issued to the L.Rs. of respondent No. 1, returnable on 19/07/2019.
