By this application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the applicants-accused are seeking quashing of the FIR in Crime No.13 of 2021 dated 13 February 2021 registered with Police Station Bardapur, Dist. Beed for the offence under Section 307, 394, 147, 148, 149, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned APP, on instructions, from the investigation officer states that during the course of the investigation, no offence under Section 307 or under Sections 394, 147, 148, 149 of the I.P.C. was revealed and therefore, N.C. final is filed under Sections 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the I.P.C. The statement so made is accepted. In view of the statement so made, nothing survives in the petition which is accordingly disposed of.
