The grievance of the petitioner is that the application for issuance of tribe certificate is pending with the respondent No.3. The same is not being decided.

It appears that the applications are filed by the petitioner for issuance of tribe certificate to the respondent No.3- Sub-Divisional Officer and same are pending for almost six months.

Considering the above, we pass the following order :-

ORDER

The respondent No.3 - Sub-Divisional Officer shall decide the application filed by the petitioner for issuance of tribe certificate on its own merits in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within three months. 5.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
