Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is ready to deposit the entire amount of compensation in terms of the impugned judgment and award dated 08-10-2020 passed in MACP No. 54/2010 by MACT, Kandhar, within a period of four weeks.

In view of aforesaid statement, the execution and operation of the impugned judgment and award dated 08-10-2020 passed in MACP No. 54/2010 MACT, Kandhar stands stayed subject to the condition of deposit of entire amount alongwith interest accrued till the date of deposit, within four weeks from today. In the event, the applicant fails to deposit the amount of compensation alongwith accrued interest within the stipulated period, the
