Mr. Rathod, the learned counsel submits that, the proposal is submitted seeking approval to the appointment of the respondent No. 4 as cook. The proposal is pending with the respondent No. 3.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that, as per the contention of the petitioner, the respondent No. 4 was appointed as peon and now the approval is sought of a cook. The authority with whom the proposal is pending would consider the same on its own merits.

Considering the fact that the proposal is pending with the respondent No. 3, we pass following order.

The respondent No. 3 shall consider and decide the proposal filed by the petitioner (Exhibit - A collectively) seeking approval to the appointment of the respondent No. 4 on its own merits, in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from today. The writ petition accordingly is disposed of. No costs.
