Learned AGP submits that the Grampanchayat election has been conducted in this year and as such, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. 3.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has raised certain issues which are covered by the Judgment of this Hon'ble Court in a case Govind Nivrutti Hipparkar v. Tahasildar, Taluka Sangola & others, Reported in 2010 (Supp.) BCR 489. However, the vre/-

933-WP-3539-2019.odt question now raised is purely academic one. Furthermore, in terms of the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, even if any stigma is attached because of the allegations made while passing '

no confidence motion'

, however, the same is not permanent in nature and once the election is held, the same would be meaningless. In view of the same, the petitioner may raise these issues as and when occasion arises in future.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed off as infructuous.
