DATE: 14th June, 2019 PER COURT:- The record shows that notice was issued in the present application on 23.03.2018. The notice was served and the matter was listed for consideration on 22.06.2018. On that day, none was present for the applicant and the matter was adjourned to 10.08.2018. On 10.08.2018 also none appeared for the applicant. The matter was therefore adjourned to 24.08.2018. The record further shows that on the dates fixed thereafter also none was present for the applicant. On 07.12.2018, this Court has passed the following order:- "1. This application is for restoration of the writ petition.
2. None appears for the applicant. On the last date also none had appeared for the applicant. It appears that the
{2} CA 4190 OF 2018 applicant has lost interest in prosecuting this application. By way of last opportunity, stand over to 18 January 2019.
3. To be listed for dismissal."
Thereafter, the matter has been listed atleast on four occasions, however, the matter does not seem to have been carried further.
Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, no one has appeared for the applicant. It seems that the applicant has lost interest in prosecuting the matter. The application, therefore, stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
