The applicants pray for setting aside the order of the learned Registrar dated 21/06/2004 refusing registration of the Civil Application Stamp No. 30083/2003, for non removal of office objections.

In view of the above, the Civil Application is allowed on the condition that all office objections in C. A. Stamp No. 30083/2003 shall be removed within two weeks from today, failing which, this order shall stand recalled and the order of the Registrar dated 21/06/2004, shall stand restored.
