DATE : 18th APRIL 2015 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the applicant for some time.

2) Seen the order made by the learned Judge of the trial Court. It appears that the applicant is suffering from some mental disease. Though there is report of proper treatment, the applicant can also opt for medical treatment by private expert and in that case he has to

bear the expenses for escort etc. After taking treatment i.e. examination and medicine he is to be taken again to the jail. If the applicant wants to take such treatment and medicine, the jail authority is to allow it after following procedure laid down.

3) The trial Court is expected to dispose of the matter expeditiously and in any case within three months from the date of receipt of the order. The application is disposed of.
