This petition is moved by respondent No. 4 submitting that, the same has become infructuous by efflux of time. The disqualification proceeding on the ground of non submission of election expenses within time was initiated by the present petitioner against respondent Nos. 6 to 18. The said objection was in respect of the elections held at Grampanchayat Dusane, Taluka Sakri, District Dhule in August 2015 for the term of five years. Now the said term has come to an end. 2.

Considering the above, the petition has become infructuous. The
