The applicant i.e original respondent has filed this application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, for transfer of the H.M.P No.02 of 2017 from the file of Jt. Civil Judge, Senior Division,Beed to file of Family Court, Latur. The transfer is sought only on the ground of convenience.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent submit that he has been instructed by respondent to record his no objection to transfer the proceeding as claimed in the application.

On due consideration of the submissions advanced, I am of the view that a case is made out to allow the application. Hence, the following order is passed:
