By the present Application, the Applicant/Petitioner prayed for restoration of the Writ Petition, which is dismissed in default by virtue of order dated 20.01.2025 for non removal of office objections.

Considering the grounds set out in the Application, the order dated 20.01.2025 passed by this Court is hereby recalled. The Writ Petition is restored to its original stage, subject to payment of cost of Rs.1500/- with the "Creche/Day Care
