Mr. Jadhavar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the validation proceeding is pending before the committee. The result of the petitioner's 4th year B.A.M.S. course is withheld. 2.

Mr. Patil, learned counsel appears for respondent no. 4.

Respondent no. 2 committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from

2 wp 3257.20 the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 26.03.2020.

Respondents no. 3 and 4 shall not withhold the result of the petitioner's examination only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. 5.

In case, the petitioner is otherwise eligible, then respondents no. 3 and 4 shall not refrain the petitioner from prosecuting his internship only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. The internship completion certificate shall not be issued until the petitioner produces the validity.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
