We have briefly heard the learned Advocates for the appearing parties. The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that his last representation, dated __/01/2021, which is received by respondent No.3 on 11.01.2021, be decided on it's own merits. 2.

We have perused the representation and we have considered the submissions of the learned Advocates for the respective sides. It appears that the subsequent events have caused some confusion in the matter with regard to the earlier gat number of the land, which has khs/April 2022/5811

- 2 - been acquired and the subsequent numbers allotted in the light of the measurement carried out by the petitioner under the instructions of respondent N o.3.

In view of the request, this petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.3 to consider the representation of the petitioner received by it's office on 11.01.2021 on its own merits. Respondent No.3 would be at liberty to adopt such steps as are permissible in Law.
