The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the validation proceeding is pending since the year-2014. The same is not yet decided. The petitioner requires the validity certificate for post-graduation courses.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for all the respondents.

In case the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with respondent no.2, then respondent no. 2 shall decide the same on it's own merits, in accordance

2 wp 5633.2021 with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Scrutiny Committee on 07.04.2021.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
