IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY

BENCH AT AURANGABAD WRIT PETITION NO. 3981 OF 2019 SURAJ SURESH BAVAT

VERSUS

THE STATE OF MAHARASHTRA AND OTHERS Mr. M. S. Choudhary & Chaudhari M. Mujeebuddin, Advocate for Petitioner. Mr. A. R. Kale, AGP for respondents/Sate.

CORAM :

S. V. GANGAPURWALA & MANGESH S. PATIL, JJ DATED : 08th JULY, 2019.

PER COURT:- 1.

Heard Mr. Choudhary, learned Counsel for the Petitioner. Learned AGP raises a preliminary objection that the petitioner has remedy to approach the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.

2.

In the light of that, though Mr. Choudhary, learned Counsel sought to canvass submissions on merits of the matter, we are not inclined to consider the same.

3.

Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy as is permissible in law. All contentions are kept open. No costs.
