DATE : 01st DECEMBER, 2021 PER COURT :- Mr. Tripathi, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner had filed an application for appointment on compassionate ground and the same is yet not decided.

Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel appears for respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

In case, the applications are filed by the petitioner and the same are pending with respondent Nos. 2 and 3 (Page Nos. 16 and 17) for appointment on compassionate ground, then the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Osmanbad shall take decision on it, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of four months in accordance with law and policy.

With the aforesaid directions, writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
