This appeal is placed before us in today's National Lok Adalat. Learned Advocate Mr. H.B. Pawar is present for the appellants/claimants. Learned Advocate Mr.S.R. Bagal is present for respondent/Insurance Company. Mr.R.K. Saitwal, Asstt. Manager, nominated signatory is present for United India Insurance Co. Ltd.

The learned Advocates for both the parties submit that they have amicably settled the lis and accordingly placed on record compromise terms. The compromise terms are marked as Article "X" for the purpose of identification.

The appeal is disposed off in the terms of compromise terms ("X").

The respondent/insurance company shall deposit the enhanced compensation awarded by MACT, Aurangabad in terms of compromise within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this award, before the Tribunal.

The claimants are entitled to withdraw the amount of compensation in terms of award by the Tribunal. 06.

The Chairman/Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Aurangabad be informed accordingly.

07.

The Court fee refund certificate be issued as per the provisions under the Maharashtra Court Fees Act, 1959.

08.
