We have heard Mr. Palodkar, learned Counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner is challenging the order issuing warrant of attachment under Order XXI Rule 43 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. The same was assailed on the ground of pendency of Second Appeal. The Second Appeal itself is decided. In view of that, nothing remains for adjudication.
