Heard both the sides.

The learned counsel for the Applicants submits that the Applicants may be permitted to withdraw the entire amount of compensation on certain conditions.

The learned counsel for the Respondent/ Insurer submits that the Respondent/ Insurer has challenged the judgment and award passed by the Tribunal to the extent of the quantum and income of the deceased. The Applicant Nos.2 and 3 are major sons and even after death of the deceased, they are looking after the agricultural as well as transport business.

In view of the above submissions, the Applicants are hereby
