The applicant - respondent in the second appeal seeks permission to withdraw the amount of Rs.30,000/- along with interest deposited by the appellant. The applicant also seeks permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant in the trial Court in view of the order passed by this Court on 03-07-2017.

For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses

(Order) (2) Civil Appln. No. 04382 of 2019 "B" and "C". The applicant is permitted to withdraw the amounts accordingly.
