It appears that the respondent - insurer has challenged the no fault liability award passed by the Tribunal.

The applicant has sustained injuries in the accident which resulted into permanent disablement.

In view of the above, the applicant is hereby permitted to withdraw the entire amount deposited before this Court on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial). 5.
