We have heard learned Counsel for the petitioner for some time. We are not inclined to entertain this petition for the sole reason that the petition suffers from delay and latches and though in the year 2017 petitioner had fled complaint before Pathardi Police Station and even though inquiry was conducted by the Auditor in connection with the allegations made by the petitioner, however, the petitioner took time of more than fve years to approach this Court. Petitioner is at liberty to fle an application afresh before the concerned Authority to resolve his grievance, if any. However, we are not inclined to entertain this criminal writ petition. 2.
