The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that after the impugned judgment of the Appellate Cooperative Court dated 10/01/2019 was delivered and the proceedings were remitted for a fresh consideration to the Co-operative Court, the Petitioners have preferred this petition. During the pendency of this petition, the Co-operative Court has already decided the proceedings by judgment dated 16/11/2019.

It is, therefore, submitted that this petition may

927-wp-4519-19.odt be disposed of by keeping all the contentions of the Petitioners as against the judgment dated 16/11/2019, open to be canvassed before the Appellate Cooperative Court. 3.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed of. If the Petitioners assail the judgment of the Cooperative Court dated 16/11/2019 before the Appellate Co-operative Court, the said appeal would be decided by the Appellate Court on its own merit.
