1] Heard. Perused the pleadings in the petition and prayers therein. So far as prayer clause (C) is concerned, in view of the fact that the elections are already over, that prayer has become infructuous. So far as prayer clause (B) is concerned, during the pendency of this petition, the petitioner is transferred to Amravati, which is a different University. In that view of the matter, the challenge to the orders dated 22.11.2010, 29.11.2010 and 25.02.2011, would not survive. Petition is accordingly disposed of.
