PER COURT:- 1.

The petitioner has impugned minutes of meeting dated 22.02.2022 resolving to invite tender for contractual Skilled Labour, Unskilled Labour, Graizer (Gurakhi), Milker, Tracor/Jeep Driver, Computer Operator and Technical Assistant at Cattle Cross Marathwada Krishi Vidyapith.

It is the case of the petitioner that, the contract of the petitioner is recommended to be extended till February 2023 by the Tender Committee of the University. The Registrar of the University has not approved the said recommendation made by the Tender Committee and has chosen to invite fresh tender.

The recommendation of the Tender Committee would not amount to acceptance of the proposal to extend the existing contract awarded to the petitioner. The petitioner cannot seek injunction against the respondents from inviting fresh tender after rejecting the recommendation made by the Tender Committee.

The petition is devoid of merits and is accordingly dismissed. No Orders as to costs. 5.

If the petitioner is desirous to submit its bid response to the advertisement, the petitioner would be at liberty to apply for such tender subject to the fulfillment of the conditions of the tender, if any.
