Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The contempt alleged is of order dated 29th July, 2022 passed by this Court in Writ Petition Nos. 1227 of 2019 and 14763 of 2021. Paragraph no.3 of the said order reads thus :- "3. Petitions are disposed of with directions to the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to decide the petitioners' representations as early as possible and in any case within a period of twelve (12) weeks from today. In case the representations forwarded by the petitioners are not available with the respondent Nos. 1 and 2, the petitioners shall submit fresh representations. No costs." 1 / 2

It is submitted by learned A.G.P. that the State has decided the representation of the petitioner. He draws attention of this Court to the communication dated 25th April, 2023 and submits that the order has been complied with.
