Mr.Golegaonkar, learned counsel submits that the petitioner is admitted from All India Quota with the Respondent No.4 College and was allowed to keep terms for the whole year, however, is not being issued the examination form only on the ground that validity certificate is

Learned A.G.P. appears for Respondent Nos.1 to 3.

Mr.Suryawanshi, learned counsel for Respondent No.3 submits that as validity is not submitted, the examination form is not accepted. 4.

If the petitioner is given admission by the Respondent Nos.3 and 4 and is allowed to keep terms for the whole year then Respondent Nos.3 and 4 shall not refuse to accept the examination form and shall not withhold the result of the petitioner only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. The Respondent No.2 Committee shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within six (6) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 22.3.2018 and so also as and when directed by the Committee. The Respondents shall not insist for full fees only on the ground that validation

The Respondent Nos.3 and 4 shall take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in the validation proceeding.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
