We have heard the learned advocate for the petitioner, the learned AGP for the respondents - State and the learned advocate for the respondents.

The learned advocate for the respondents submits that, after filing of the writ petition, the respondent-management has submitted the proposal for grant of benefit under DCPS Scheme to the petitioner. It is submitted to the Education Officer on 04.02.2016. If the same is submitted to the Education Officer, then the Education Officer is required to forward it to the respondent no.5-Accountant General.

In case the said proposal (page 34) is pending with the Education Officer (Primary), then the Education Officer (Primary) shall forward it to the respondent no.5 within two months from today. On receipt of the same, the Accountant General shall process it and take decision upon it expeditiously, preferably within four (4) months.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
