In stay applications, heard both sides. The effect implementation and execution of the judgment and awards under challenge in all the appeals, are hereby stayed on the condition that the applicant-State shall deposit entire amount of awards under challenge in respective first appeals, within a period of 12 weeks from today, failing which the order granting stay shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to the Court. Civil applications for stay are disposed of.
