Learned counsel for petitioners, on instructions, states that by subsequent government resolution issued during pendency of writ petition, fresh decision has been taken by the education officer granting approval to appointments of petitioners no. 1 to 4 and rejecting that of petitioner no. 5.

Having regard to the statement made, petition appears to have been rendered inefficacious with regard to reliefs claimed in writ petition.

Writ petition, therefore, is disposed of as inefficacious. 4.

Learned counsel for petitioners seeks liberty for respondent no. 5 to challenge decision of rejection of approval to his case.

Needless to refer to that this order would not undermine any recourse that would be available in accordance with law for respondent no. 5.
