Learned counsel Mr. Kaldate, appearing for respondent No.2 invited our attention to the afdavit in reply and more particularly the copies of the orders placed at page Nos.40 and 41. The perusal of the orders show that by assigning reasons the claim / proposal of the petitioners is rejected. It is not in dispute that now there is a decision by the authorities in compliance of the order of this Court and the petitioners are if aggrieved by the decision, are at liberty to take appropriate steps so as to challenge the decision before the competent
