It is an application for condonation of delay moved by the applicant/acquiring body. There seems to be delay of 2945 days in preferring the first appeal.

Having regard to the volume of delay and considering the reasons assigned in the application for condonation of delay, it needs to be condoned subject to payment of costs, which would meet the ends of justice. 4.

The application for condonation of delay is hereby allowed subject to payment of costs of Rs.5,000/- to the High Court Legal Services SubCommittee, Aurangabad within two months from today. 5.

If the amount of costs is deposited as directed above within stipulated period, the appeal be registered after due scrutiny as per procedure and thereafter it be placed before the Court for admission after service of notice to all the concerned.
