This is an application for modification of order dated 28th January 2015 passed by this Court in Misc.Civil Application No.140 of 2014.

In the order dated 28th January 2015 in paragraph 3, the wordings, "to learned Civil Judge, Senior Division at Ahmednagar, Taluka Ahmednagar, Dist.Ahmednagar" be read as, "to the District Judge, Ahmednagar, who is authorised to take up the proceedings under the Special Marriage Act" and in paragraph 4 of the said order, instead of words, "Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ahmednagar", the words, "concerned Court at Ahmednagar" be substituted.

Corrected order be communicated to the concerned Court.
