The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that this petition actually is a part of the 32 petitions i.e. Writ Petition No.4717/2019 and 31 petitions, decided on 30.04.2020. Inadvertently, this petition was left out. The petitioner is identically placed as the other petitioners in relation to the work of the State Road i.e. Badnapur-Nanegaon-Jamkhed, JalnaGhansawangi etc. Since he is identically placed, the view taken by this Court in the said judgment dated 30.04.2020 be made applicable to this petition and the petition can also be allowed accordingly.

The learned A.G.P. appearing on behalf of the respondents agrees that the petitioner would be covered by the judgment dated 30.04.2020.
