These are applications for condonation of delay of 594 days caused in filing appeals under Section 54 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894.

Heard the learned Addl. Government Pleader appearing for applicants - State as well as Shri Urgunde, the learned Counsel appearing for respective non-applicants.

Perusal of applications shows that the delay caused in filing appeals is sufficiently explained. Averments made therein are not controverted by filing counter affidavit. Applications are not seriously objected to by non-applicants.

Hence for the stated reasons, Applications are allowed. Delay is condoned. First Appeals be registered. Civil Applications are accordingly disposed of.
