We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 submit that, the respondents would take decision upon the grievance of the petitioner in accordance with law and procedure.

The said statement made is accepted. The respondents shall take decision on the grievance of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) months from today on its own merits and procedure.
