3] In the Civil Applications filed for condonation of delay, there is delay of more than 2000 days caused in filing appeals. For the reasons stated in the applications, particularly, the administrative reasons, delay caused in filing the appeals is condoned. Delay applications are allowed and disposed of.
4] The learned counsel for the appellants submits that the entire amount as directed by the Reference Court has been deposited except the interest component. In view of the above submission, the ad-interim stay granted earlier is confirmed. Stay applications are also disposed of. 5] Appeals are admitted.
6] In Appeals, issue notice to the respondents for final disposal, returnable on 05.01.2024. The respective AGPs waives service of notice for respondents State and SLAO in respective matters.
