This application takes exception to the notice dated 25th January, 2015 issued by the Police Inspector, Police Station, Shivaji Nagar, Latur u/s 149 of Cr.P.C. Upon perusal of the contents of the said notice, it appears that the petitioner and her associates were asked not to create any hindrance in flag hoisting on 26th January, 2015 in the

1219.15crapln school at Latur. In our opinion, since the event of flag hoisting is over, further adjudication of this application would be an academic exercise.

Hence, no case is made out. Application stands disposed of.
